Japan Fishing Tackle Manufacturers Association (JAFTMA) was established with the aim of contributing to society in various aspects, such as improving the lives of our country's citizens, promoting economic vitality, and conserving the natural environment through fishing leisure. For over 30 years, we have been working to promote the allure of fishing, foster international understanding, and support the industry's development.

As people and companies worldwide work towards achieving the common goals of SDGs, the value and significance of fishing are increasingly recognized as it allows for enjoyment, self-discovery, mental and physical healing, and a sense of respect and coexistence with nature. We are committed to exploring the potential of fishing and providing more extensive, deeper, and sustainable fishing experiences to all fishing enthusiasts.

We seek to understand what is necessary to offer a comfortable and safe fishing environment, the products and communication required, and the actions needed to preserve beautiful and abundant fishing spots for future generations.
